• Please submit forms on or before 14th April 2012.
• All right reserved to organising committee.
• Max one entry per person per category.
• Each Match will be of 3 sets of 21(3rd set if needed)
• This tournament is open for everyone
• No partner change allowed once tournaments started.
• Cancellations accepted and Refunds done till 20 April 2012 OR Cancellations eligible for refunds only till 20 April 2012.
